This page is from my old site. I moved it here because the information
it is still read by many and linked to over 200 websites around
the world.
It deals with a really dark time in my familys life, things were
going pretty good for us, we were taking life for granted and not
appreciating what we had.
Then we were told our daughter had brain cancer.
It turned our world upside down, a truly life changing event that
would shape the rest of our lives.
As you read through this journal you will see how it affected us
emotionally, spiritually and physically.
We were believers in Jesus Christ as our Lord and savior, but this
event brought us to our knees, literally, and both tested and strengthened
our faith.
This story is not over yet, it won't be over for a long long time.
I don't update it as hardly at all any more as we are not on the
day to day edge we once were. Thanks to the many friends like the
Links, Alma, Magen and many others that stay in touch and ask about
Kelley and her health from time to time.
I assure you that the old adage "no news is good news"
holds true to this story guys. If things change for the worse for
Kelley, this is the first place it will be posted.
